Saladworks is honestly one of my favorite places to eat. My salads are always delicious. I'm not a huge fan of how expensive it is, but the size of the salad is good, and is always filling. They have coca cola fountain sodas or bottled sodas. They also have a few dessert options (brownie or rice crispy treat). The only thing that I'm not a fan of at this location is the local radio station played on the speakers. You spend half of your meal listening to commercials. I highly recommend that they get XM Radio so that their patrons do not have to listen to commercials for half of their meal. In regards to covid they have built little cubicles, and any open tables have plastic dividers, but they have removed any mask signage from their doors.

Felt like I was at a local pizzeria and not salad works! Employees looked miserable and I wasn't asked if everything on the salad was okay! Wasn't even asked if I needed a fork or butter. Had to walk back in to ask her for some. Salad was not fresh I was highly disappointed. Miss the one on Main Street in Exton quality and service was a lot better there.

The staff was polite, attentive and fast, the place was mostly clean which is the only vindication for my most recent visit. The food was not worth it. I ordered a panini melt, it was barely toasted bread on the outside, and it was ice cold on the inside. Nothing melted about this panini. I don’t mind paying $11.50 for a good sandwich nor do I mind paying $3.00 for a fountain drink or $7.50 for a large soup but if a customer is paying $20 for lunch... it needs to be good maybe even great, and Saladworks is not it. Would it kill your bottom line to throw in a bag of chips with a sandwich, or maybe offer a combo discount? Something? Anything? I get that times are hard, pandemic, supply chain issues, blah, blah, blah but it’s hard on everyone not just Saladworks. No wonder this chain has been dying a slow death over the past couple of years.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and it’s always been acceptable but this last visit I’m not sure for what I paid $12. The lettuce mix was very limp, the Brussels sprouts were hard, the chicken was skimpy, the cheese was dry, and I only really enjoyed the pretzel roll. So prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and the server was not wearing a hair net and he had really long curly hair. I don’t plan on returning.

The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. They made adjustments to my son's order as he asked. The food was delicious. The store was very clean and has plexiglass at the tables for health safety.

Interesting visit today. I will start off by saying that my create your own salad with grilled chicken, edamame, broccoli, corn and black bean and corn salsa with lite ranch was absolutely delicious!
However, the line was very long. Only 2 employees were working and didn't seem to have a sense of urgency. I completely understand that they are overwhelmed and overworked! I was polite and didn't mind waiting at all to get what I wanted.
However, my boyfriend ordered a buffalo chicken panini, which he very clearly verbally stated (I heard him from 6 feet away as I was paying for our order). However, the employee made him a buffalo chicken salad. As this was his first visit, he though it was prepared in a salad bowl first and then grilled- he didn't realize the mistake until the salad was already made and he didn't want to further hold up the long line of customers to correct the mistake. I should have anticipated this- the man in front of us asked what the difference was between two different types of chicken and the employee just blankly stared at him and didn't answer. I have utmost tolerance for non-native speakers, but if it is going to effect service, wouldn't it be beneficial to have a native English speaker on staff during the dinner rush?
Upon paying for our order, I was asked if I would like wheat rolls or pretzel rolls. I clearly stated pretzel. We sat down to eat and discovered wheat rolls in our bag. Of course, we are tolerant of simple mistakes and ate them without complaint but the lack of attention to order accuracy was clear throughout the whole experience.
Additionally, as a person who is counting calories, i can't trust the 70 cals per serving for the lite ranch dressing when they pour 2 full ladles over your salad. I will return based on the delicious freshness of the ingredients but if you value order accuracy I would look elsewhere.

Camw.in for lunch, the staff was friendly but as for the rest wasn't that great. This location doesn't have root beer. Shame shame. Another thing that was off for me was the Caesar salad dressing taste. Something was off on the taste, i will see later today 🤨🤔 as for cleaniness, not the best. The tables were a bit dirty and the dividers as well. I'm glad that i always carry anti bacterial wipes with me.

If you don't value or work hard for your money, I wouldn't recommend this cash grabbing establishment!
The Sald was good however it was Very over Priced for a simple Sald, we would definitely Never return to this location. Almost $60 for four people to eat a salad, the reason for the review is we weren't sure what salad dressing we would like so we go balsamic vinaigrette on the side one of my family members didn't like it so we wanted to try a different dressing and they charged us $2 for us to try Olive Oil & Italian vinaigrette both on the side! $1 for a small side of dressing!? UNBELIEVABLE!
