Mcdonald's

Says 24hrs but they decided that they are closed and not taking any customers....I usually go for the Frappes when they want to make them.... I went a couple days ago a few times and they say they only take Door dash orders and drive thru is closed... Im tryna figure out how yall are running a 24hr store but make yall own hours when yall want to be open and serve .. when I went Tonight the employees were all out front chilling... So im like ok ima try the drive thru.. and they say... They are currently closed tonight... I asked Why?? And got no response... This McDonald's makes its own rules and own hours....I think they should take the 24 hour sign down if they are not gonna honor it... The past couple of months they have said they are closed at certain times or only doing online orders. Which sucks.. bcuz i tried the doordash app and it wasnt working.. they said try the McDonald's app... So im not sure whats going on with this location but.. good luck... Its always something

The store employees are very unprofessional and rude. It’s 03/13/2022. I arrived at 11pm to pick up doordash orders The employees had about 5 doordash orders sitting on the table and refused to hand them out. They started to ignore us at the door and hid in the back. One employee was in her car smoking, watching us. When she got out I asked if they weren’t handing orders out and how everyone is in the back ignoring us. She asked my #s and avoided checking all of the doordash orders sitting on the counter. A big guy with a ski mask on came out from the back and she told us they weren’t making orders. She never checked the bags and I didnt appreciate their customer service.

Rude cashier and wait was long. I ordered a Carmel Marciotto and ended up getting a large cup of hot milk that was frothed instead! I told the staff that there was no caramel or whipping cream. They took my cup and just looked at me rude and never apologized. Then I got the same cup with a tint bit of caramel and whip cream. It was still a cup of milk! Never tasted any coffee or caramel in my drink. I told them and they didn't care and just walked off!

I was at this mcdonalds this night at a second time. I asked for my order which I made through the app and stand all line but orders giver advised to come from car lane. I was walking all car line long toi and there was surprise again - cashier advised to come where I was. I again returned to that side where i was and now I received my order from third try. From third try, Karl! Instruct your personnel better Mr. Ronald Mc Donald because people can prefer burger King next time😉

Ordered some late night eating to pick up and took forever to get my food! I can understand having delivery orders and in person orders to fill but what's the point of even being open if one person is working. I can see right in the window. I see 2 other ppl just walking around and playing while I'm outside in the cold waiting for my order to come out. Not a good look. This McDonald's never been one of my favs but I thought I would give it another go.. Nope!! Btw I gave 2 stars instead of one bc at least the one guy working was trying his best!
