Moxies

Ordered 2 steak salads through Uber Eats. The best part was the delivery was fast and friendly. We were VERY disappointed in the value and quality of the meal. $25 for a salad??? We received approx 6 oz of very tough, chewy, some inedible steak with mostly greens, a couple cherry tomatoes, a few pieces of soft cheese. I don't consider this a good salad or worth the cost. Yes, there were 3 tiny pieces of bread with it, but more variety in the salad and some decent steak is necessary. So sad!!! NOT going to eat at Moxies again. Gone wayyy downhill!

The service was not great! We had to ask another server (because we couldn't find our own seever) to get us more drinks and knives for our steak and I ended up getting the knives myself. Also asked for pepper for our steak and the girl said, "I'll get your server". She ended coming back with the pepper with an attitude, like we were bothering her. You could get the same steak at the Peppercorn restaurant for less money and better service.

This Moxie's Grill and Bar is the perfect location if you are attending an event at the Bell MTS Place. Conveniently located on the premises, you can enjoy a good meal or have a few drinks before or after a game or concert. The food is amazing. It is a chain restaurant so the menu is consistent. I love the burgers because they are always cooked to perfection and fill you up. Two thumbs up!!! This particular location was lively and gave off a lot of energy. Staff was extremely friendly and provided quality service. For an awesome night out, this is your spot.

Moxie's is probably the best of all the chains. The menu is smaller but this means the options are usually higher quality and that's true here too. A simple Cheese Burger here is much better then one at say Boston pizza. Service is quick, and I made a special request and the management came to our table to verify it so you know the waitress communication was good. Bar staff was able to handle complex orders. Atmosphere was good. Will come back.

The staff is always so friendly and polite. These are servers with real customer service experience. They're quick with their responses and knowledgeable on what they are serving. For quick service, good food, and workers who exceed their expectations. This location definitely comes through with it all! Oh! Try the lettuce wraps w/ chicken! Or without chicken for vegetarians and vegans! ✔
