Domino's Pizza

Today was a step down from normal. May have been a bit busyer than normal, so maybe there was a bit of a miss communication. Called in when I arrived for my pickup as per the requirement, but they seemed to have forgot I was waiting outside. I arrived after the app said it was ready ( live 3 blocks away ) and could see 2 medium pizzas on the shelf and was told on the phone they would bring it out when ready. 10 minutes later another customer arrived and called (as I did) and was waiting as well, but he became impatient and opened the door and asked where his pizza was a couple minutes after he called. They brought his out promptly after that. They asked why I was there and said who I was. I told them I called 10+ minutes ago and he when back in. He picked up the 2 pizzas I saw sitting the whole time on the shelf and brought them out and said I needed to call next time. I stated I did call and he didn't say anything other than, "well here is your pizza". As I said, maybe they were just overwhelmed today, but normally they are great with service and quality. Pizza was warm, but still good.

Always fast, cheap and consistent. It's not a gourmet pizza... its Dominos.... so manage your expectations appropriately. I recommend downloading the app, signing up for an account and ordering through there. You can watch the pizza tracker and know exactly when your pizza is going to be ready and after 6 pizzas you earn a free pizza. If you go to this store you can see all the workers making your pizza because the kitchen is all visible right there.
