We received a box of cookies as a gift and all I can say is WOW! The presentation was fantastic, and the cookies are amazing! Extremely impressed with the variety and quality of the cookies. Very good cookies and brownies, they sell cookies by the box as well which are great for gifts. They offer to hold your loyalty cards at the store so you don't have to carry them with you all the time, you just give your name when you buy a cookie or get coffee and they'll find your card and punch it for you.

So so so so sooooooo good. Winnipeg must eat cookie. If you come to winnipeg downtown, please eat this cookie. A chocolate chunk cookie is the best. Lov it.

Small cookie shop in the mall. I was impressed by the selection of the cookies (such as peaches and cream & chocolate cappucino). The cookies tended to be quite thick and not too chewy like other shortening-based cookies. All of them were delicious. I was happy to see they value quality ingredients on their website and that they bake in small batches. There is a points card where you get 1 free cookie every dozen.
They seem to offer interesting gift sets online as well as delivery, but can't comment on that yet.

Pros: Delicious cookies, usually a fresh baked cookie aroma (you'll know it when you smell it) and decent enough coffee (not as fancy as the Starbucks a few steps away, but no line and not as pricey as Starbucks).
Cons: Cookies may be addictive. Also, I believe some products contain nuts - so, if you're prone to anaphylactic shock, I'd avoid.
