"Twister" Shrimps had more potato and breading than shrimp. Cucumber salad was room temp with limp cucumbers. Corn fritters were more flour than corn and tasted of the cheap oil they were fried in. Miso cod skewers had zero flavor as if they were not marinated. Rice was overcooked, underseasoned, and stuck together in clumps. It didn't even look appetizing. Mushrooms were the only dish we didnt take one bite of and stop eating immediately. Definitely not authentic and not delicious. Too many good choices in Dubai to waste your time here.

Now when it comes to food, it’s a work in progress, & they’ve the grounds to build on as the menu is vast and offers a selection of beef & seafood with some vegetarian options too. Nothing we had this afternoon had the right amount of zing a Japanese dish would usually require. The sushi was decent & a few items like the squid and asparagus on the takoyaki were nice too but the reddy I have to admit I have had better. The Mochi how ever was top class ! All drinks are high on sweet and sugar.

But there were some pretty good sushi’s and the view is amazing 😉, yet still I wish there were more different food selections some staff were very friendly and some super Annoying. My main problem with this restaurant is the limited food they should definitely go to some bigger branches like yo sushi and itsu to learn what a real sushi brunch and unlimited buffet looks like, and it’s really tiring to walk up and down the stairs to go and get your sushi from this first floor like you need to get an elevator or just put the sushi’s upstairs were the customers sit .
