See below, The building is 30 years old. It’s seen better days. It’s not been maintained that well. If you’re on the side facing the highway you will hear loud motorcycles all night long and get little sleep. It doesn’t matter what floor you’re on. It’s way too noisy from the street. It’s better to be at the back of the building or facing the pool. The electricity goes out in the building, but the surrounding buildings have electricity. Only the Nakornping condos loses power: The building management gives me bills for other tenants and I don’t get my bills. There are a lot of mixups with bills being delivered. The building management takes 7-14 days to notify my I have a package to pick up and sign for the shipment. Sometimes they don’t notify me at all. Recently, I showed the tracking number and they denied having it. The tracking number showed my package was delivered 9 days ago. After looking through 6 packages 3 times they finally located my package. My package wasn’t logged into the computer or the log book. I wasn’t notified it arrived and they denied having it. I kept asking and asking until they finally, finally found my package. It’s not like they have a lot of packages. Bottom line: getting deliveries is a problem in this building. Lots of luck getting your packages and mail from the building management in a timely manner. There was a big water leak and it took 4 months to resolve the issue. Nothing happens quickly in this building. You must ask repeatedly, repeatedly to get maintenance issues taken care of. It’s not easy. The only reason it didn’t take longer than 4 months is because I kept asking when it would be resolved. You most be persistent to get maintenance issues taken care of and have a lot of patience.
