Domino's Pizza

Very unprofessional caught the manager and the other staff preparing food without gloves .. Touching all over they're hair and hands inside pants. When I approach the manager about how it wasn't sanitary, professional and disgusting especially with all the viruses and infections going on she replied " Working at Dominos workers aren't required to wear any gloves as long as they wash they're hands" I have a food safety certificate and never heard as such

I'm from out of town. Dominos is my go to for delivery Because their app is easy to use, and the food is in bad. I work nights, so so during the day if I feel like domino's I really don't have the energy all the drive to drive to where I need to be to pick it up. This store, is located within 5 miles from the hotel, Yet they won't deliver because apparently "their delivery area is weird." The immediate area where I'm located color is loaded with hotels hotels, right at the exit of the freeway. I cannot imagine the amount of money that they are leaving on the table because they refused to drive less than 5 miles to deliver food to travelers. Edit 05/05/22: Bumped review up a star, owing to the speed with which management reached out to understand the circumstances.

Bad experience. I tried to order online and when I wouldn't enter my email password their system rejected my order. Who gives out their email password!!! I called the store and the person who took my order couldn't speak proper English. I was not sure if she was getting anything right. She told me an hour AN HOUR! When I picked it up the Italian sandwich was over cooked and dry had no onions or green peppers or Italian dressing. The pizza I ordered with mushroom and sausage had maybe 6 tiny pieces on a large pizza! Really! I got the privilege of paying more for it. Never again! This was the location in Anderson IN. I was contacted by owner and was given 2 email addresses that are false. Wow what a sham!! Worst service ever.

I ordered this food and an hour goes by with nothing. I check the tracker and the driver is on the completely wrong road. So I call and they say that they can’t deliver it because my road is icy, but again, they never even went onto my road. So they tell me I need to come in to get it. And when I get here they don’t even have the food, saying I need to wait another thirty minutes on top of the hour I’ve already waited. Absolutely terrible. I will not be shopping here again.
