Waited 20-30 minutes for fresh burgers only for them to be so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I know this because I checked the toppings before leaving since the previous 2 times they had been wrong. Three strikes and they're out...won't be back.

Second time going to a Rallys, this time we got the number 1 meal and a number 7 meal. My fries in the number 7 tasted over cooked and s couple did seem burnt. The chicken and fries were spilled in the bottom of our order bag too which happens but still annoying.
Didn't care for the chicken much, had a different tastes that didn't sit right with me but I assume it may have been a one off.

These wings are so good. The lady at the window is very friendly and she listens to what you want to buy. I've been on a big rallys wing kick this week or so. Crispy tasty and just awesome. Thank you Rallys

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Everyone was rude everyone have their hair either half up half down and didn't even have it put up together. And then they were also all vaping in the store. Not to mention there was a giant hair in my burger, and the food was cold

Food was on point as always customer service was what I have come to expect close to none staff was short and my time seem to have no value in there opinion but again rallys has good food and my order seemed fresh

Honestly the food was not great quality, but it was midnight and the staff were still able to smile at the end of the night. Whatever they're getting paid definitely isn't enough, they are the only thing holding this place together.

I ordered off the 2 for 6 got home only had 1 sandwich and I asked for no lettuce and got lettuce went back they made it right but I also ordered mozzarella sticks got back home to eat them turns out they are chili cheese fries not happy

Areally great place for a milkshake and fries banana and chocolate milkshakes are absolutely awesome. A little slow due to only one side opened up but I remember going there in my grandfather's rod rod on the way to a car show some of my fondess memories with my grandfather
