Excellent service. Excited to see a much more extensive menu that what is posted here. We chose the 18.00 euro three course menu. I had the delicious salmon and toast with a Napolitano pizza and cheese board and my husband the Salmon, sirloin and crepe brûlée.
My hubby is a Texas, USA steak snob. He said the sirloin au- Juis was enough. The medium
Steak rare GOOD. Loved my napolitano pizza with anchovies. Crisp and salty in the best way.
We are two 50 Cl leffe beers in and sitting outside in 70 degree weather: music playing in the background from the Notre Dame Cathedral 75th Anniversary festival.
My hubby claims his poor man's sirloin cut may as well be filet. Enjoy!!!

Not much was open in the area when we were looking for dinner, but we found this place! This place has really good pizza! I ordered pizza with ham on it. The waitstaff is nice, but they don't come around to check on you. We ordered a bottle of wine and were never offered any water. Overall, this is a great place to eat!

Food is quite mediocre, so I can only attribute how busy they are with relatively inexpensive food and a location right next to the cathedral. Service was slow and once they got busy, it became difficult to even get anyone's attention. Given the many other choices in town, I would avoid this place.

Perfect meal for my wife, son, and me. We all selected a meal... my son's was a pizza with dessert and my wife and I both enjoyed (different) delicious salads followed by a very nice main course (beef for me, pork for her)... and a scrumptious dessert. Pitcher of house wine and a Calvados... again - perfect for us and a very reasonable price. No crowd in the off season and a pleasant young man provided excellent service. Would recommend to any family

Hate to say it, but we landed in Le Florentin because everything else we wanted was booked.
(Not sure what was going down on a Wednesday, but dang.)
Service was excellent. As previously posted, this is NOT an Italian restaurant, but more of a French restaurant with some Italian options.
Kids both had the carbonara -- mine is better, but they housed it after a long day of touring the Normandy sites.
Hubby and I shared a margherita pizza .. was fine.
Dessert -- bomb!! I had the profiteroles .. they were awesome, with vanilla ice cream instead of cream. Son had the creme brûlée -- yum!!!
Le F is a great back up if you can't get in to any of the higher ranked restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic lunch for 5 including 2 picky teenage boys. Custom orders and great service. Table wine excellent. Highly recommended.

Bright and cheerful. Good simple food well prepared. Slightly dearer but only yards from the cathedral. The pork belly (Tranch de lard) is highly recommended.

Une bonne table, excellent accueil et service. Le chef prépare ses plats, le fait maison est bien présent. Le restaurant rempli pleinement sa fonction : satisfaire le client avec du bon. Ici au moins mon appétit est satisfait pour un tarif très correct. Merci.

C'est un restaurant propre et relativement vaste. On y est bien installé.
Le service est excellent.
La nourriture est bonne.
C'est un restaurant avec une cuisine familiale : bonne et généreuse mais ça reste une cuisine familiale donc rien de transcendant.
Si vous voulez bien manger pour un prix plus que raisonnable, ce restaurant est fait pour vous.

Le Florentin est un restaurant que nous apprécions.
Nous y mangeons toujours très bien.
Les produits sont frais et bien cuisinés pour un prix raisonnable.
Super équipe qui prend soin de sa clientèle .
Le patron au top et qui aime son métier.
De plus le restaurant est situé dans le vieux Bayeux avec une superbe vue sur la cathédrale.
Allez y les yeux fermés.

Un des restaurants de Bayeux où je préfère aller ! Régulièrement, j’adore y amener des amis et même la famille pour passer un super moment convivial !
La cuisine est top, toujours des recettes savoureuses mais surtout recherchées. Un personnel au top, à l’écoute mais surtout d’une grande gentillesse.

Très très bon accueil, propriétaire très sympathique. Très belle assiettes, copieuses et de très bon produits. Deux belle salles et possibilité de manger en terrasse. Restaurant à découvrir, je recommande vivement. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Plat délicieux, très bonne ambiance, à chaque fois que je reviens sur Bayeux je viens au florentin. C'est le seul restaurant qui m'a fait manger des haricot FRAIS alors que n'aimais pas. Jamais déçu, toujours très bien accueillis.

Super restaurant avec une carte qui donne envie avant même d’avoir goûté les plats, une très bonne ambiance que ça soit en cuisine ou en salle, l’équipe est toujours de bonne humeur et prête à recevoir les clients!
