Palace Chinese Restaurant

I wanna start off with, that the food was amazing. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was the service, first up the waitress would never bring us refills. I even asked for a to go drink, I never received it. The second thing, was that my grandfather received his dish around 7 to 9 minutes later. I understand your fresh food policy, but my mother stated that they should’ve brought it with all the food. The third thing was the sanitary, it looked like nobody had been at the table in ages, and they were still wiping it down. It’s an amazing place, however it wasn’t my favorite visit.

So far my experience has been a good one as far as service and food taste. They are a bit higher priced than some competitors but I enjoyed it. My only problem was the limited way to order the selection you want. But on the good side, the plates are so big that you could share a plate with your partner and have plenty.

Very Disappointing! We ordered takeout as it was highly recommended. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. The food was awful! Bland and poorly cooked. It tasted like the sort of thing you can get in the frozen section. The sauces were thick and bland. Definitely from a can. To add insult to injury, the prices were more in line with P F Changs than takeout. I can only guess that the people who recommended it appreciate the service. We won’t be back.

First time trying this location. The owner and staff were very friendly and the ordering experience was a breeze. The food was "okay". The biggest let down were the egg rolls, they were big in size but lacked in flavor and crispness. Compared to other Chinese restaurants in the surrounding area, I found this location to be expensive. 4 egg rolls cost me close to 10$ alone. I bought 1 dinner meal, 1 fried rice, 1 egg drop soup and 4 egg rolls... 50$ later.. I was disappointed in the price I paid versus the food quality and lack of crispness.
