Sonic Drive-in

Just got the nastiest looking milkshake I have ever seen before at this SONIC. I decided to take advantage of the 1/2 price milkshake offer, but unfortunately this is what I got. SONIC would have had to pay me just to attempt to drink whatever this is that I received. I had to wait a while for my order, and the workers seemed to have little desire to serve customers. I will have to remember to never come back to this SONIC location, and I would recommend others to check out other places instead. However, if nasty food and horrible service are your favorite things, I would advise you to come to this SONIC.

Sonic always offers an amazing experience. They serve tasty and well prepared fast food options. Employees are very respectful and helpful. Always confirm your order before leaving the lot. In case it’s wrong the employees will correct it promptly. They serve all meals from breakfast to dinner. They also have a child friendly menu at affordable prices. You may also experience longer waiting times depending on what time you visit the location and the flow of clients.

I know things have changed due to COVID, but each customer needs to be treated correctly and get what they paid for no matter what. I stopped by Sonic on Valley Ave on my way out of town Saturday 9/11 around noon to grab lunch. When I got ready to eat my sandwich, this is what I got. (See attached photos) A cold sandwich….REALLY Sonic staff (would you want to eat a cold sandwich that supposed to be warm???? It wasn’t lukewarm. The cheese it proof that the sandwich was cold. No matter how long the line is, no matter how busy you are, you will be blessed for doing your job right, but lose it and possible cause the store to go out of business and everyone will be out of a job if YOU FAIL TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. I don’t have money to throw away because of you. I didn’t even get a straw. I tipped the waiter and he said he was bringing me a straw and never came back 😳

This is literally the slowest sonics in Birmingham. The shift leaders are unattentive to customers and aren't dealing with complaints properly. By the time my food came it was cold and not fresh. Would've tipped the server if he bothered to ask if I needed anything else. Manager took 30 minutes to come see what I needed, and when he did he just gave me back the same bag I gave to him. Only reason I have the TWO stars is because the waitresses are polite enough to greet and act with manners when addressing customers.

( One Time purchase) I ordered the Medium size Snickers Blast and just look at the all that ice cream, and snicker bars. 😱 Oh! Oh! Soooo good!🤩🤩🤩 You’ve got to download the app and get all types of bargains. Plus, it’s already ready when you arrive. You just pull up in the stall, click I’m here in the app and put your stall number. Next, your food comes out. Now, download the Sonic App and enjoy, just look at my BLAST!
