We got there around 6:45pm! Took 25 mins to have our drinks which came actually couple mins before our food!! To be honest, our server had 4 tables to serve, they had already dinner on the table!! 25 mins wait time for drinks…. Empty place!! My boyfriend asked for a Corona, after that amount of time, she says, they don’t have it!!🙁😒😒 Finally our food gets to the table and booom!! I ordered salmon with broccoli, and she brought me PLASTIC silverware….PLASTIC!!! Are you serious????? I never paid money to eat with plastic silverware!! I asked the Sever, you know what she said?? It’s just, that they don’t have clean silverware!! Really??? At 7:30 pm at dinner time??? So if you don’t have clean for dinner time, when would you???? Just RIDICULOUS, RIDICULOUS!! Beside that, food was awesomeee

Sitting here at Applebee's 🍎 🐝 N 5Points WEST....waitin 2 finish my pick up. I'm an UberEats Driver I'm about 2 have an anxiety attack my nerves R horrible right about now. "Ugggh" At this very moment of me writing this my picture is of my 2 orders 4 my customers &d I'm literally waiting on drinks.......DRINKS !! Time bein $$$ I have spent way 2 much time spent 4 the 💰 money given. 2 the time point where decided 2 write this review...it has 2 B pretty bad 4 me 2 even write 1, because I'm a service worker so I get it but this Applebee's is just horrible period !! 3stars 🌟 is me bein nice &d rounding up but cut the 3rd star 🌟!!¡¡ LethalExclusives@LexusLaPortiayeLush

The food was Really good. But they had more host.ess than waitresses. It's crazy like all they need to do is tell the hostess to come serve some food. I been waiting here for my check for a minute now. The service is horrible!! I'm literally just waiting here for my check. Had a couple drinks should I be loud. Management seems to be ran by the staff. I feel completely ignored. Honestly 100% completely ignored. I guess I'm gonna have to get out of my seat to request my bill cause my waitresses has not been by to check on me

Very poor service! I ordered a meal online. I chose the curbside option so I wouldn't have to get out of the car. I notified them that was on the way and that I am here. No one ever came out. During this 20 minute wait I called several times with no answer. I left the manager a message and eventually went in. The girl at the door was eating and only spoke when I ask if she worked here. She said "we don't do that no more go to the end of the bar. They gave me excuses and I told them they should turn that option off online so no one would expect that service. More excuses and telling me how he is the only one working. Poor excuses I don't think I would ever come back. I'd bet I wouldn't be treated like this at location on the other side of town.
