Milo's Hamburger

My review is on the tasty fries and sweet tea ONLY! My boyfriend took me here because he said it’s very popular in Alabama so I could try it. Wow the tea is the best I’ve ever tasted. The fries were also crinkly and seasoned perfectly. We went through the drive through and it was a quick process. The place is more expensive compared to other places that are similar. I guess you are paying more fir the distinct taste which I guess makes sense. We forgot to grab some of their famous signature sauce. I wanted to try it. Well check them out if you are in the area.

You need to train your staff on proper use of gloves. The cashier was handling money, touching cups and lids, wiping down tables, assembling food orders on trays and scratching her head and rubbing her eyes, all with the same pair of gloves on. In between tasks (wiping tables and counters is a dirty task, assembling food orders is a clean task) she never removed gloves, sanitized hands and put on a new pair.

Milo's is always a treat & I've been enjoying those burgers, fries and tea since the mid 70's. The thing I miss most about the original burgers was getting to watch Milo ginzu those onions through the window. It was truly a sight. LOL And, of course I miss "the plug". The old timers will know exactly what I'm talking about. Everybody loves Milo's!
