I absolutely love this place! First of all, I love all their dessert! ( especially their new ones) the w employees are always so welcoming and friendly towards us. We do not eat fast food very much but, I do think that this has turned into the best deal, quality, price and service when that time co

They have a great little area to sit and eat as well. It is always clean out their as well. I truly never was a huge fan of this restaurant but, I have definitely converted. 🍔🥤🧋🥛🌌

Went through the drive thru today and received exceptional service! The food was hot and fresh. Jean was amazing and accommodating. My requests were met with a smile, and no complaints! Service isn't so great all the time at checkers, but Jean's service was awesome!

I initially had a bad experience but they are good at turning a frown upside down.
The workers are kind, fast, and the food was yummy! I know mistakes happen, and the situation was rectified between customer service and the local store itself. I appreciate it so much. My son loves Checkers!! We thank you!!

Two times in a row now I have visited the drive through and asked for extra onions on my purchase . The photos show what I got the second time, the first was the same. This is after asking for "extra" the first time, then - since that didn't work- "heavy" the next time. The second time, the order taker actually said "I got you". Deliberately deny the request and upset of the customer and give them the exact opposite of what they asked for? Yes, that appears to be the result.

The food was HORRIBLE my burgers was uncooked. The manager had a real nasty attitude when I told him the burger tasted raw. He was yelling saying "OH DA BURGA IS COOKED". I asked for a refund he was angry that I wanted a refund.

Love the burgers they are so tasty! There's is so many different combos with a large amount of food and it cost less than 15 dollar to eat 2-3 persons and be satisfied.

VERY BAD. Got three burgers they were cold. I called the location the manager (woman) said “No, Our burgers are always hot” and she hanged up. Refused to pick up when I called three more times. Very rude. I called corporate office and placed a complaint.

There is NO EXCUSE for serving me the meal I just received. The owner needs to fire every single employee for allowing that food to be served.
The hamburger and hot dog were leftovers from yesterday! And to top it off, they microwaved them until they were ROCK HARD! I can’t believe they actually served them! When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t without a receipt. Even though I was the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME ONE! When I showed the manager the food and proved that the meat couldn’t be torn and was rock hard, he gave me my refund.
I WILL NEVER RETURN! You could offer me free food for life! And I’d turn it down!
