Wards Of Brookhaven

This has got to be a joke. By far, hands down, the worst fast food I've ever not finished. I took one bite of the burger and one bite of a fry. The burger was cold and hard and the fries were soggy. They should be embarrassed for serving that a d calling it food. You're better off going anywhere else if you want fast food. Don't waste your time or $.

I love wards in general. I always get the same thing no matter the location I go to. However, I do not like when you order a large combo meal, it doesn’t automatically make the whole combo meal large. You have to specifically say you want the large combo popcorn chicken with an upsized drink and a upsized fry…. The ordering system should be updated really at all locations because ordering should be a quick simple process not trying to go through a checklist just to order what the “large” combo option originally should of been used for. I am still going to eat at any wards regardless if there is no changes made in ordering etc. it would just make more sense for the current generation and the generations to come.

I love the place with good food. But today was horrible with the new workers they have. I ordered a burger with no mustard and onions but it was full of mustard. I took it back and they was suppose to remake the burger correctly but instead of the cook doing what he was suppose to. He scraped the mustard off and gave me the same burger and I seen the mustard spots still on it. So I took it back again and asked for my money or a fresh burger but I will not be going back

Ward's is a taste from my past, a regional burger/fast food chain down South. The food is good but try the root beer float, complete with frozen glass mug--beyond delicious! And it should be, since Ward's makes their own root beer. (The only thing that kept the Brookhaven location from a fifth star was the iffy plumbing in their men's restroom. You just never know which direction the water might go...)
