Supposed to be a Georgia mud fudge blizzard. Very very light on the chocolate, no brownie, a drizzle of fudge, and peanuts instead of pecan. Tried to explain to the young lady at the window that he should not have vanilla ice cream showing at the top but she wanted to argue. Drove off when I should not have. It was melted when I got it. Nasty!

This location does well but I'm never happy with the food quality. The ice cream is great but I feel like overall the food could be better. Like Fresh fries or anything fried that comes out like it's been sitting a while. Just happened to be better not sure if it's just the staff.

They were out of rotisserie chicken tenders. The person taking orders, through drive-thru was indistinguishable. The fries had been sitting and the chicken was not hot/fresh and dry!! The mint blizzard had no mint flavor, no chocolate chunks, and extremely disappointing. When you are paying for hot food, one should receive hot food irregardless of the price point...🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

Didn't want to give any stars. The staff was extremely unorganized. We had to write our order down on paper. There were 5 employees working and a 6th one standing in the kitchen talking to the one young man that was actually trying to work. After speaking to the manager, who didn't apologize for what was taking place sarcastically walked away and stated " oh sure we'll help him out ". My son was not able to get his Blizzard and we requested a refund after a 15min wait with nothing 🙄
