Burger King

They never have the burgers ready for breakfast even though this location is supposed to serve them. Last time I was there I overheard the manager talking about how nobody cleaned up the night before and that the cooking area was disgusting. Not something you want to hear after ordering your food. But they also always have some ghetto conversations going on and I’ve seen some “catch me outside, how bout dat” looking people going back behind the counter that aren’t in uniform to converse. I don’t even know if they worked there.

Arrived at this burger king location 30 mins prior to closing at 11pm. They said they are only taking mobile and door dash only. Me and my boyfriend pull around and place a mobile order and waited a full 30 minutes and even tried getting the attention of the workers on shift. Two men and a woman who were on duty the night of May 22 failed to serve us and instead hid away from view as they were being rowdy amongst themselves; my boyfriend even walked around trying to enter the doors and although they were locked he noticed they also had a small child running around inside. We honked and knocked on doors and windows of the facility and we were ignored. We were just hungry after a long night and wanted a quick bite and were disappointed and honestly angry that our order was processed and paid for and we waited till 11 for nothing. Utterly awful way to run a business.

Im 50 y/o and this is my first time ever complaining about a food store... I hope Burger King customer service reads these reviews and take action. That store needs help. 3 out of 5 times I've placed order there, things are missing. Also, last night, I was the only car in line, while placing the order I told this young lady a few times 'please give me a minute' and she kept pushing and pushing. Then I told her she had to be more patient... and oh boy, then she went on and one and on... I simply left and went to Wendy's right next door (where BTW, customer service was A++)... Bye BK
