I fully blame management for the issues this place is having at this point in time. If you call to talk to someone the phone rings busy. Why you ask because they have taken it off the hook. This is the first sign of unprofessional management. Not to mention almost every employee is a manager, or so claimed. They for what ever reason can not get enough people through the door to stay open past 9pm, HUGE RED FLAG for Taco Bell, who is known for the late night crave. We are past all the Covid stuff, enough with the excuses. Tonight I placed an order through the app to pick up at the drive thru. When I get there the line is out to the road and can barley pull in. There is an employee sitting out front at the pic-nick table with 2 friends just having a great time while the line is wrapped around the building, I waited in line for 50 minutes to pick up my order. This place needs some serious help. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I love Taco Bell as a whole. This location, not so much.

The lady at the window was completely rude & disrespectful. Whoever took my order did a fantastic job! But the short dark haired lady at the window was completely rude & because of that, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Too long if line at window.expect to burn extra gas waiting.Dining area is closed alot of times.when you reach the door,only to find that the dining area is closed, you will have five more cars added to the line before you can get in your car and get in line or leave .upsetting.

Always yummy food. I normally get the $5 crave deal because it is the best value. The store is normally very clean and the staff is friendly. Everything is well stocked and the parking is normally easy. This is a great place to take friends and hang out.

I was in line at the drive thru at 6:55. I saw someone come to check the doors in the lobby & then the lights were shut off outside. I guess I was stupid to think I would get waited on!!!!

The employees don't seem to care about the line of customers wrapped around the building. When it's an hour til closing they will stretch out making one or two orders through that entire hour while cleaning and preparing to close down. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes watching as only 2 cars moved and not a single employee near the drive window.
