Wendy's

I would rate 0 if I could. Couldn't eat it. Got sandwiches with raw eggs. 3 adults checked these sandwiches. It was not sauce. The egg was gooey and the whites were dripping and smeared on the package. Took back in and the woman in window decided to tell us we were wrong she made the eggs and they were cooked right. They were not. I even took a small bite to make sure. Then it took 20 minutes to remake. Didn't think of it until she handed the bag out and said those were gonna be cold too and laughed. Refused to just refund after that. Then I hear they sent out half eaten food. Will never eat there. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Oh not to mention the original sandwiches that weren't cooked had extra sauce as well and weren't even ours. So I bet all the sandwiches sold were undercooked.

The girl at the drive thru window, was so rude and disrespectful. That I will never return to this location again. Just when things seemed to start getting better, they hire someone who doesn't care about the customers. Going backwards. Then tried to call and no one wants to answer the phone. They had 2 total cars in line. So they was not busy by any means. Remove the toxic workers before you go downhill again.

Although staff seems nice and courteous, the place itself is nasty! The entire place is dirty, food all over the tables and floor, even shoe prints on the big long table with TV like an adult stood on it. The counters where you get ketchup and napkins and the pop machine looks horribly dirty. The bathrooms are just as bad as the rest of the place. To be truthfully honest, this is the nastiest Wendy's I've ever been to. It's so nasty I honestly don't see how they're able to stay operating. Looks like someone isn't doing their job.

They're charging you full price on items even though you hand them valid, unexpired coupons for items. Charged 90 cents for the free junior Frosty that's supposed to be free with the 'Boo' coupon (Adoption promo). On another occasion I paid full price for both items even though the coupon said: "Buy one get the 2nd for $1.00." Watch out because they don't always honor coupons. Next, they don't fill their containers. They fill the chili cups to just within an inch and 3/4 from the top so that your paying the price for a large chili though the equivalent is really that of a small chili. Fries??? They are often greasy, stiff and temperatures are warm vs fresh, piping hot water and crispy. It's typically the same big guy. Good employees who are conscientious, who take pride in what they do, who understand and who adhere to practicing honor and integrity..... are just few and far between. They just are hard to find anymore. I think I'm going to start going elsewhere. This is unacceptable!

Food was fine. They just need to get their management together! Waited in line 15 mins. for a deluxe cheeseburger. 1 truck in parking lot, 3 cars pulled away, 1 other truck in front of me. Even being short staffed, that's waiting to long. I seen 4 employees...shouldn't that be enough for 3 customers???
