Great spot for lunch downtown. The food is always fresh and there is a wide selection of items to chose from. I usually order ahead on the website online and walk right up to collect my order. They ARE open at their Main St. location, which is good as many restaurants downtown remain closed due to COVID. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Whether you choose a toasted bagel in the morning with your choice of a sandwich or toppings, or their homemade soups, salads, wraps for lunch, I've never eaten a bad meal here. Oh yeah, great pizza too. Great variety of healthy options for juices, teas, coffees, flavored waters and sodas. This place has it all. You can also purchase your lottery tickets and the daily Buffalo Newspaper here. And say hi to "Wade"!

Went to Sue's NY Deli on a whim; I actually never knew it was here as it's hidden inside a federal building. Took a few seconds to get through security and a few minutes to get my order. I'll preface this by saying I love Reubens, and have probably had hundreds of them in my life, and the Reuben I ate today was one of the best I've ever had. The corned beef was absolutely perfect, bread was fresh, toasted just the right amount. I can't believe I've walked past this jewel every other day during the summer, will definitely be adding them to my short list of lunch destinations!

Amazing food and service! This place has a cult following at my work. The soups, wraps and chocolate chip cookies are the top hits if you ask me, but no matter what you get you can't go wrong!

Poor Customer Service
After years of giving my business to this deli, the owner flat out refused to make me a simple yogurt with granola claiming she was too short-staffed. (there was no line and only one person in front of me)

I absolutely love Sue's deli! The food is incredible for the price. I frequently order from there with my work colleagues. Sue and Will are absolutely wonderful! =] I recommend the Chicken Pasta Salad, Chicken Slovaki Pita, Goulash and Rice Bowl!!
