One of the things I ordered was a large side of fries, and when I got them they were old, stale, and cold. Don't tell me the kitchen didn't know those fries were past their time. It's just employees that are lazy and don't care and its bad service. Everything else was fine but I talked to an employee who got the manager and he got me some new fries and refilled mine and my friends drinks and upgraded our drinks from med to LG. He was very sorry about it and handled it very nicely. I'm pretty sure someone in the kitchen was just being lazy and the manager had no idea about it.

The service is fast and friendly, the restaurant is clean and well lit, and the food is exactly what we were looking for.
We have now twice gone more than half an hour out of our way to have their chicken. Worth it.

This by far exceeds all the KFC's in the area. Don't go to the one in Elk River because it is super slow with an unprofessional staff. The chicken at the Buffalo location is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend this KFC location. 😃👍🏾

This is Bar None the cleanest k f c I have ever seen. I stopped going to them a few years ago because they are usually so filthy. But this one was close so I checked it out. Even the bathroom was clean. The food was good
