Chipotle Mexican Grill

As always, the food here is delicious. The variety of choices are innumerable, which gives one the ability to customize a dish to please their individual palate. The portions are generous. You will be satisfied. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The dining area and restrooms are always nice and clean. Being a Chipotle regular however, I do notice that the main ingredient prices continue to rise annually.

The food was a complete disappointment. There was zero flavor. I ordered a brisket quesadilla meal and it, including the beans and rice, was the blandest food I believe I've ever encountered. The only way to actually gain any flavor of any kind was to dip in quesadilla in Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce. I doubt I will ever return to Chipotle, period.

I've always had a good vibe with the people who work here. I am currently really bummed that they changed a non menu item to a menu item that's totally different. I used to be able to order a large chicken or other quesadilla. This consisted of a large burrito tortilla fill with tasty meat and cheese. Now they've added it as a menu item. The actual quesadilla contents are less. The use a new machine to cook it and it comes with 3 sides. I guess that's fine if you want it for a meal, but it's not the same and why I unfortunately have to deduct one star. That and the now infamous two different chip bag sizes? Otherwise the friendly crew and overall quality of the food wins out!
