Absolutely loved this stay. We usually stay in a hotel during concerts and loved this place the most. The receptionist person was also very welcoming. It is a huge homestay type room and it felt cozy and homely. Would definitely stay here again. Holiday times it can get more expensive but if you're lucky, you can get it below 3k. Make sure you stay here!

Nice facilities like daily room cleaning, laundry, TV, wifi, food etc at good price. Nice apartment.

Realy nice and home like experience to stay when you are in Chennai, with all the basic facilities anyone could have, best option if you are looking for a week stay with or without family. But it looks expensive that it's worth. However, caretaker here is a nice person and renders a good service. Value for money.
