I have been to a lot of Starbucks, but this particular location stands above the rest. Gennie (spelling?) is an absolute jewel of an asset to the the company. She is prompt, cheerful. and always ready to go above and beyond to be one of the most helpfull people I have ever met at a Starbucks location. I will go out of my way just for the personal service and wonderful attitude she has as it help start my day off right. A+++++++++ The world needs more people like her.

I have very low expectations for Starbucks in the Loop. They are usually understaffed and rude to non-regulars. But my experience this morning prompted me to write a review. The barista at the register was the kindest and most positive person ever. She even expertly removed a person from the store who was causing issues for other customers without it escalating into something dangerous. Give this woman a raise. She should be training your team on a national scale. She made everyone smile...at 7am in the City!

The service at this location is unbeatable. I’ve come several days in a row while staying nearby and every shift is great. Super friendly and thorough staff. Very clean store.

I work across the street and come in here about once a week and Gennie, one of the baristas, always makes my day! In general, the staff here is so upbeat and happy to see the customers, it keeps me coming back.

Just left. The Starbucks was just another Starbucks but the people working there were the nicest group ever! I actually left in a really good mood thanks to them.

They need more than 2 people working at a time. It's a busy area and they didn't even know what was even happening with my order and someone else's.
I get there's a worker shortage but they need the help, I don't even know if I got the milk I paid extra for, she didn't seem to know either or care
