Ryuu Asian Bbq

Came here with a party of 5 on a Sunday night for the all-you-can-eat option for $32 per person. The appetizers, grilled meats and veggies, dessert - everything was delicious, prices were quite reasonable, and the ambiance is really cozy and fun. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, great experience and highly recommended. Great place for dinner for groups, celebrations, or romantic and friend dates.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had in a small place like this. I'm surprised they haven't expanded yet. The meat for the smokeless grill they have you use is amazing and the family bbq bundle I got with my sibling and Partner was worth the price. The desserts were great too. The waitress for out table was very kind and even gave us an extra helping of miso soup. Definitely going back here again for a special event soon

Food was great, however the low rating is unfortunately due to the staff. We had a difficult time hearing the waiter due to the mask and music. Because of this we had to ask them to repeat themselves a few times and they seemed very annoyed by this. Towards the end of the meal the waiter was short and made us feel uncomfortable. We ordered a fried rice and a couple of sides that never came to the table. Will definitely think twice before coming here again.

There family package is great. U can get a table with the grill in the middle and they give u the meat to cook already marinated. It served 4 of us.The sides are awesome also. They have individual plates also. Only downfall we ordered a few things and they had run out of like 3 things we ordered. We spent 118 without tip.

Got super sick after eating chicken here. The waitress told us to take our chicken off the of grill because it would be way overdone. But when I ate it, I could tell the texture was off. A few days later I got violently ill and it lasted for almost 2 weeks. I tested possible for a bacterial infection lol. The food is good but be careful! Especially loved the bon chon

This is probably one of the worst BBQ experiences I've ever had. The grill took forever to cook the meat even on the highest setting and somehow the top of the meat was cold even when taken right off the grill? The meat that should take a minute or two, we sat around for at least 6 minutes each for. The meat was all overly sweet for some reason? Even the pork belly? Our waitress also seemed to have a bad attitude and would seem annoyed every time we asked for something. The kimchi fried rice was extremely dry and tasted bland. The waitress also made it a point to stop by the table to tell us in the middle of our meal that if we don't finish at least half, we'll get charged for it. At one point, she came to change the grill and we had a tower to hold the plates of meat to be cooked. She put the tower with plates still on it on the floor next to my feet to change the grill because it was in her way, then brought it back up on the table and started putting the meat from the tower onto the grill??? I will never be back. Overpriced, unsanitary, and overwhelmingly unimpressed. I left still hungry and thoroughly confused and disgusted by the whole experience.

I don't often write reviews unless the experience is exceptional, I'm not sure if I've wrote any negative reviews before, and I have never walked out before finishing a meal. I dislike negative reviews because it tends to discount the amount of hard work that has been put into a meal. It also tend to disparage the restaurant and/or the staffs. For me, this particular dining experience has been exceptionally bad. I had to walk out after taking a couple of bites. Although my youngest almost finished his meal. Also the staffs didn't do anything wrong or unsavory and the atmosphere is decent. What necessitated this review were a combination of factors. - The prices were a few dollars/dish more than competing restaurants, this could be contributed to the recent economic challenges. -The tiny portions, on the menu it claimed 1/2 lbs of meat per a la carte order of chicken and beef. I'm not sure about seafood. IMHO it's in no way 1/2 lbs, it definitely looked less than competing restaurants. However visual judgement could be subjective. -The side dishes, only a handful were provided. While greed isn't a good characteristic, one of the signature of Korean BBQ are the side dishes. IMHO just that handful totally diminishes the Korean BBQ experience. -The poke bowl, this might be venturing into nitpicking territory. It's basically a bowl of rice with some sushi and vege stuffed in. Emphasizes on the stuffed, veges weren't chopped or cut down to edible pieces. It's more like a rice salad bowl. It might be the combinations of the above price, portion, and minimal side dishes that made the last factor unbearable, but nevertheless we choose to pay for the meal we barely ate and walked out.
