Dunkin'

Love the turkey sausage, egg and cheese on Texas toast with the tiny soft hash brown balls. Love the oak milk in coffee instead of cream and occasionally I have the pumpkin spice coffee with three pumps not five as it's too sweet with five. Tastes good especially with a pumpkin donut ! I use my DD perks card and get really nice discounts and every fourth or fifth visit I get a free cup of coffee & donut ! 😊

I would like to share that I had a great experience here at Dunkin’! The staff member Ricky, gave me the best hospitality service I’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. He treated me with kindness and fast service while handling of the food was great! Fast service, generous amounts of food and drink and he even asked me to try my coffee before leaving to ensure it was perfect. I will definitely be coming back! It’s open 24 hours too!

I ordered pistachio ice cream one night last week and they gave me strawberry and they never called me to say that they changed flavors and when I call there no one ever picked up the phone?! The next day the clerk said that they didn't have pistachio in the size I wanted and I said well why didn't anyone call me and tell me that I would have cancelled the order?! She was the manager and she pulled through and gave me 2 pints of pistachio almond this time.

I like it here, yes they might make a mistake here n there at all stores but I make sure to make it clearn diplomaticly explain I want frozen coffee with whipped cream on top and caramel drizzle,since a medium costs almost $5 some places $2 after 12pm others 2pm, anyway if it's not right I tell them and if it's still not right I tell them until it's exactly how I want it.Why leave a place after you pay a good amount of money unsatisfied, it can be any place, not just DD, fast food, or Little Cesar's, they also make mistakes more than I like to remember, so the lesson today is make it clear crystal clear n if that doesn't work keep insisting, or if it's so bad of an experience you can always call the district manager of the store in question whichever store that may be.
