Mountain Mike's Pizza

The pizza tastes great but the lunch buffet was really quite sad looking. Came here hungry at lunch and paid $14 per person for a lunch buffet, was surprised by the price but okay me and the kids were hungry. There was a half pepperoni half cheese pizza, half veggie half pineapple chicken pizza, and half Hawaiian half something pizza on display with 10 people sitting in for lunch. Me and two hungry teenagers had a few small slices of pizza and left the store unsatisfied. It's wonderful to have a salad bar, but it would honestly be better to charge separately for it or just outright advertise that you are offering salad bar with a few pizzas on offer.

Good pizza, but shamefully management representation. Been ordering here for little over a year now. We get 2 pizzas a month... Not any more. I'm bit embarrassed I gave any business to them. Last 2 "sizzling bacon" pizzas ordered on different days, both missing an ingredient (green onion). 1st time my family let it go. 2nd time however as kids were nagging us to magically make green onions appear, I decided to call. Mountain Mike's job was to make matters better, not worse. They asked me to bring the pizza everyone had sat down and dished to eat... They wanted everyone to stop eating and bring it back so they can discard it and remake it. Wow! I respect idea of remaking pizza, but let's take away the pizza made in error and further inconvenience the customer. Anyways, we'll take business elsewhere. UPDATE (4/2/2022) - they replied asking me to reach out to them... NO ONE IN 2 WEEKS RETURNED CALL OR AN EMAIL I SENT THEM. Horrendous leadership and follow through. This business needs to move out of their store fronts and make the space available by business owners/teams that actually care. PS: i ordered another Sizzling Bacon today... I swear... They forgot green onions again. How do I upload a photo!?! What a joke Mountain Mike's is! (not April Fools)...

It's hard to decide which was worse, The burnt pizza or the absolutely rude service. Let's start with the pizza it's put together super nicely unfortunately that's going to be the highlight of this review. I probably could have dealt with the burnt pizza drenched in grease. Had the service staff not walked immediately in front of me in a mob to try to get out to take their break without even letting anybody know I was there. I get wanting to take your break but Jesus you could have at least told somebody I was there. Instead. The three of you hid on the patio and a friendly cook wandered out and got somebody for me. I will never be returning to this location if I ever go back to mountain Mike's again. Honestly, the cost of this pizza isn't worth it really. Anyways, I'd rather just go to Sam's club. It's at least is decent and I know that it's not going to be soggy and burnt.

When this place first opened we came in regularly with friends and family. Last few times the food was just okay. Decided to try it out again for the first time in a couple of years, but after witnessing a young lady leave after very obviously being made to feel uncomfortable by the staff, we will not be returning. The way you treat customers goes a long way. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The pizza is deceiving. Presentation can only go so far. Although with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper its eatable alone it isn't all that. The wings however had an amazing traditional buffalo wing taste. So if you like the baked wings instead of the crispy fried type your in luck.. quality cheeses fresh sauce and a more cared for dough would do this place justice.
