Today I was on Drive-through I ordered my food after I paid one of guy told me I should park In front of the gas station and ask them for a hot sauce after I received my food it’s not hot sauce the food was miss and cold I’ll not coming back to this location

Waited for a while in the drive through line only for them to tell me over the speaker that they were going to close for 20 minutes, so I couldn't order anything. But I also couldn't leave, since the 2 cars in front of me DID get to order food and the people behind me weren't leaving. I wasted so much time and didn't even get food or an explanation. Like at least close your drive through so people don't get trapped in your line. Terrible service tonight.
