Order in and took it out, no line waiting. The order was correct. Chicken sandwich was warm , fries were hot. employee was courteous and helpful and fast. Overall visit good ~ I'll be stopping again.

They now have burgers! They weren't bad. They forgot food in my order, the doors were locked so I couldn't go inside. I had to go threw the drive thru a second time and the line was long so it took forever. We were done eating out food before we made it back threw the line to get the food that was missed.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and got I beef and cheddar sandwich. They didn’t give me a choice for fries. The wagyu burger was the driest burger I have ever eaten. The pickles were sweet and disgusting. Not a fan!

Do not order from Arby’s they are horrible and have poor customer service ! I ordered two means from then and it’s been over an hour to have it prepared and still isn’t at my door yet grrrrre

My experience after 9pm coming to Arby's was awful. Lady in the speaker box made me wait 4 minutes we used a 5 minute song to time the wait. Then when I get to the window..the lady was on the phone left window open and me waiting for another 5 minutes for my card to be processed and handed my food. Why do you rude old people just rudely take peoples card from them. your night crew needs to do better. I'm never coming back to your business at night.
