Frisch's Big Boy

I moved away from Cincinnati 40 years ago and always look forward to a Frischs meal when I return. This meal did not disappoint! The Big Boy was delicious as always and the pumpkin pie was scrumtious... and HUGE! I had enough for dessert tonight! Our server could not have been nicer or more efficient. I wish I had her name to give her kudos here... 7PM Monday at Cherry Grove. ☺️

When to the restaurant on Thursday night the food was amazing and staff was great I went to the drive thru Angela was very nice she said her manager Jen was helping her and she told me it will be a minute waiting on fresh fries her manger did not want to give us old fries !!! Kudos to the manager thank you

I went through the drive thru and even though it took longer than I expected the service was very good. I was missing an item and had to come back in. Was asked my multiple people if I had been taken care of (so nice bc nowadays people never seem to want to acknowledge customers), was apologized to and the best was how incredibly clean and organized the entire restaurant was. I am someone who notices little details and was so happy to see how clean everything was. The food was perfect as well. Will definitely be visiting and recommending this Frisch’s in the future.

My original order was incorrect as I asked for no Alfredo sauce. When I called back in Jennifer took the call, went above & beyond to fix my meal remaking EVERYTHING & making it fresh herself!! She was so sweet & so easy to deal with! If I could have her & the service I received tonight I would go there all the time. But other than that slight mistake yesterday, they are usually very fast & everything is good!!
