It's hard to find a sit-down Mexican restaurant this authentic!
Chiles rellenos are done the right way! They have a burrito Colorado that is so unique and soooooo tasty!!
The margaritas are pretty good too!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Pueblo Viejo North Academy. Their food is simply outstanding, full of authentic flavors that excite your taste buds. But what sets them apart is their excellent customer service. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dinner. A must visit if you're in the area.

Apologies for the pre-eaten picture. Ya boy just got sidetracked with food. It was delicious. The beef taco was a little on the sweet side for me but it was decent. The chicken enchilada was perfect. Great flavor. The cheese enchilada, which I’m picky on, was passable. It was good don’t get me wrong. My better half chose a fajita salad, she thought it was good but a little too salty. We chose this place because it was rated one of the best places in Colorado Springs. I thought it was good. Great even. But one of the best? Not sure I can support that. Definitely worth stopping in and formulating your own opinion.

Went out with my family from Virginia and everything was spectacular! Many family members stated that it was the best Mexican food they have ever had! Service was great and prices were very good as well!

Service was fantastic. Our server was attentive, refills were quick on chips and drinks, food was amazing and we walked out with plenty of leftovers. Great experience!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, great decor & amazing food😋 Plus portions are HUGE, plenty for leftovers! We celebrated my Mom's birthday here and they put a sombrero on her, made her take a shot of tequila & sang to her🥳 She had a wonderful time & the pictures are priceless 🤩 Will definitely be going back!

My husband and I took out two kids here last week to celebrate his birthday and we had a great time! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Portions were priced perfectly for the price, we were all so full we couldn't even finish our dinners. We took home leftovers and they were just as amazing when reheated. Best family Mexican style food I have had in years! We will definitely be returning!
