We ate at T-Byrds on a recent trip to COS. The first time was just for a snack and a margarita in the afternoon. The next day we went back for a more formal late lunch. BOTH times we ordered several dishes, but the one that sticks out to our entire family was these INCREDIBLE nachos! Prior to this, my wife and I always said that the best nachos we had ever had in our life were at a tequila bar in the Charlotte, NC airport. No more! The nachos from T-Byrds are without a doubt, hands down, THE best nachos we have ever tasted. All of the food is good here, but the nachos simply CANNOT be beat!

Pretty good tacos, very solid. It's not the greatest, but definitely satisfying. They sell them one by one, so it's easy to pick and choose. A lot of filling. The place is extremely loud, but that's kinda by design. Gluten free situation: nothing is marked, but they have corn tortillas, so it's a matter of checking with the waiter if the given option is safe.
