Little Caesars

Hailey is amazing and so sweet first time me and my husband had something go bad with our order in all honesty but, Hailey the manager made it right she was sympathetic loving and so sweet she understands that's sometimes this is something you can treat your family too/ kids once a month I'm beyond thankful for her and making us feel comfortable we called as soon as we got home and realized there had been a mistake and she handled it so well and definitely deserves a raise cause you can not buy this kind of customer service anywhere.

Had kinda a bad start picked up some pizzas that weren't supper great but Haley one of the managers made it right she completely turned around my negative mood and instantly made me want to come by another pizza even though she gave me credit for the ones that were messed up I'm not sure if Little Caesars corporate reads these but if you do this woman definitely needs a raise if not her own franchise not only did she want to uphold your quality but she took time out of her busy day to turn someone who wasn't going to come back to a customer that will call and make sure she is running the crew that night because she will make sure things are perfect and I know if she wasn't training several new people she would run a tight ship please give this woman the recognition she deserves

I did an online order for like 5-6 pepperoni pizzas. But I messed up, and got the time wrong. I had asked for it to be ready at 5pm, but I meant 4:30 pm. When I went in the lady was overwhelmed to say the least. Lobby was packed tight, the pickup box wasn't working so there were grumpy gusses trying to get their pizza, but she handled it one by one. Then this rude old dude came in, in the middle of a dinner rush and wanted to argue over a special. He was very demeaning to the young lady at the register, asked for the manager, manager wasn't having it (I agreed with her) as there was nothing they could do about it, she called in her manager who politely explained why what he wanted, they couldn't do. It still wasn't good enough for him, I knew he was going to continue being a jerk to the ladies, so I stepped forward and told him if he had a complaint, to call corporate because he's arguing with buttons on a machine. He wasn't pleased, yelled at me, then left. The ladies continued to knock out every order including mine, and did so with grace. I haven't had Little Caesars in years, but I will now!
