Our second visit was more pleasant than the first. I went with my two young kids for a dine-in lunch. The young lady at the counter was helpful, kind, and attentive.

The food was ok the macaroni and cheese was crunchy and not edible. I forgot to ask for honey and butter maybe just give it to people who order biscuits or ask rather than anything else I always forget the butter and honey.

The fast food in Fountain is a disaster. Dirty, slow, expensive, employees suck....you name it. However, not this KFC. You can tell a well managed place and this seems like one. Food was hot and fresh and service was polite and kind. I recommend it

Sometimes I stop at fast food restaurants expecting subpar food. This time was not the case! The drive through was super fast and the staff was very courteous. My order was 100% correct and was missing no sauces. When I got home, the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Very good value for the price. I definitely recommend this KFC location. I will be back.

Very friendly lady who took our order in the drive thru tonight! I dread going through a fast food drive thru sometimes because the people aren't very friendly and just want to push you through. She was nothing like that, and it's a great change! Our food order was correct and the food was hot and wonderful. Great experience, thank you! I wish I knew her name because she deserves recognition!

Went through the drive-thru today about 4pm 5/30/20. This was my first time at this location. The person who took my order was very polite. I observed what seemed to be a good working atmosphere the short time I waited for my order. My order was complete with napkins, butter and honey packets; and tasted fresh.

Drove all the way from the springs to get a bucket of KFC , like the real golden brown chicken. Tired of chicken that looks like it was cooked in old motor oil. Um!! Looks like not much left.
