Lady at the register, may have been having a bad day. Not very friendly about your lobster rolls. Not the ones you currently have, but I had some that looked like your hushpuppies with the lobster inside. Told at another location that they were seasonal. No clue, as to what I was referring to. Otherwise, food was EXCELLENT, as usual. Atmosphere could be a little more inviting...

I can't say anything bad about my experience at the S Academy location my food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The young gentleman who wrung us up was a very sweet, positive person who had great customer service and a smile on his face, because of that service I will drive out of my way to go to that one instead of the 2 others that are closer to me.

We’ve put off Captain D’s for a while, because we never seemed to get our entire order without having to drive back and get it. This time, I was pleasantly surprised. The girl at the window was great, and we got everything we asked for in the first try. The food was good. Just a little greasier than I would normally eat.

I love this location the food is always great but please tell me why I just sat in the Drive-Thru for about 26 minutes when there was no other cars for the inside and there was only me and the person behind me and the drive-thru and it took that long for 12 hush puppies for real??? You would have thought that waiting not long that they would have been so hot I couldn't eat them no barely warm and some of them are so overcooked I couldn't eat them I had to throw them away,

In town for a couple days and had to stop here. My visit was at 7pm on 7/25. I used to work at this location back in 1994. I’m totally surprised to say it was a great experience. The two young women working the front counter stayed busy taking orders, checking/giving food to customers, and cleaning the restaurant. One of them even checked in with me at my seat to make sure I was doing ok. There was a bit of a wait for food due to the rush, but when it came out it was hot and tasted great. In my current hometown it’s difficult to have an experience where all employees seemingly knock it out of the park. Keep it up.
