Forgot the meat on a $10 burger meal? Honestly that's kinda the point of a Big Mac, fast food is getting to be a pointless eat out.

OK so talk about rip off. Went through the dive through ordered a fish sandwich MEAL .my husband got 20 piece nugget w small fry and coke. So we paid 25.52 and what we got was 1 small Fri 1 small drink and 2 sandwiches. Where dose that add up this is where they didn't charge me the 6.00 meal price nope they charged the sandwich at the meL price then charged me 3.00 for the small shake and another 3 for the small fries and my husband was charged for the meal and only got the sandwich no fries and no drink. I can only assume the cashier is pocketing the extra. Ash she's Making off the orders. Regardless of that I tried to call the store where I hot home and realized they had ripped me off hard tried 12 times and all I got was a busy signal. That's great customer service. Rip the customer off give them cold fries and half the order charge them twice and then stay out of communication so they can't complain
That's fine I'll be calling corporate office this afternoon. And submitting my complaint

Meh, it’s McDonalds; meaning it comes with the usual apathy soaked service. How dare I ask for a fork with which to eat my pancakes and eggs. On the plus side there wasn’t any line at 5:30 AM. Though I’m not sure what would have happened if I had needed more than one combo as the order taker seemed to have more important things to do. I would have liked to order an extra sandwich or two but, alas, the tone of voice coming from the speaker box told me “that had better be all or else”. Good thing there is a taqueria just a block away.

Not sure what's worse that, there was no one inside or the drive-thru but I still had to wait 2 minutes to order and another 5 minutes to get expired food ( as in it had been under the heat lamp way too long and should have been discarded....I

Staff was friendly. Regular fare. Dining room needed more attention and homeless persons were in dining area and bathroom

Don’t know if this is the only McDonald in town but it was packed. Drive Thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside. Inside was a long line, long wait, staff was pleasant once they took my order. Not enough parking.

Ordered two McCafe coffees. Long wait. Place was pretty dirty. The trashcan in the dining room was overflowing - onto the floor and stacked on top. The help did not know how to make a Cafe Mocha and had to get help. Then they claimed issues with the machine. By the time we got it the coffee was lukewarm at best. We got an apology but nothing else.

Most of the employees were rude and because the cashier in the drive through put in the wrong meal for one of us (she repeated our order back to us but unfortunately she didn't put it in correctly) we ended up having to wait for them to fix it. There was only one lady there that was understanding the situation and trying to correct it. They asked us to pull forward. Four other cars went through and around us to leave. We sat there for 15 minutes before they brought us the food and when we looked in the bag there wasn't even two medium fries in the boxes. They were thrown in the bag and there wasn't enough to fill two medium boxes. We parked and went in. The same lady who understood what was going on (the only one who seemed to even care) took our bag to fix the situation. While they/we were waiting for fresh fries to come up we stood there watching them talk about about the order/situation. Then we watched them give other people fries in the very backed up drive through. We just stood there watching them not giving us our order. We'd been waiting for almost 25 minutes. Unfortunately the kind lady was trying to get us fresh food in the process and my husband didn't know that. He said, "Can I just get my fries, that's all I want." The lady expressed that she thought we'd want fresh food too, well sure. But after waiting the length of time we had and nobody taking a minute to just let us know that they were making fresh burgers as well, we were so disappointed in the situation. We have compassion for the current times leading to these types of predicaments. However, communication goes a long way in friendly service. We never reacted to anyone in an ugly way. But we left there feeling like we were the bad guys. The kind lady that snipped at my husband that she thought we'd like some fresh food too walked out of the building and left. Clearly they need help there. The kind lady must have been on her last bit of patience. So unfortunate for all parties involved.
