Outback Steakhouse

My food did NOT come as stated in the menu, it was just one chicken breast, cheese and lettuce. No bacon, onions, spicy diced pickles or even honey mustard. When I question they about it they said because they were out of bacon...which still doesn't explain why my sandwich was missing so much...I canceled my order and ate fries and my Cesarsalad..which was good. The blooming onion was also good. The waitres was nice and attentive. My bf enjoyed his ribs and chicken meal but the rice the they offer as a side was trash! Super bland, several people at our table order it and was disappointed. I personally probably not return to outback.

I have never had a good steak in my entire life. They've been seasoned well, but the taste of the meat and tenderness was severely lacking so I've never thought of steak as a good food item. My husband brought me here to prove me wrong. So I ordered the filet mignon, the best of the best in terms of tenderness and flavor (we were also splurging) and while I ordered medium well, unfortunately I got well done and very dry steak. But when I brought up my concerns to the staff, they were very kind and understanding and immediately took the steak to get a new one. While I waited, I ate the rest of the sides (a very delicious sweet potato, grilled shrimp, and asparagus). It wasn't long after that that they brought out not only a new steak, but fresh new sides as well (sans shrimp (darn!))! I was taken aback! I was only expecting a new steak! They waited with me as I checked the meat and while it was more on the medium side, the taste... Oh, the taste was HEAVENLY!! As I took each bite, it got better and better. But I was so full on sides, that I couldn't finish my steak lol. But hey, I've got some sides to go home with it! All in all, the staff and chefs made my experience a wonderful one, thank you!!

Outbacks mushroom appetizer is very good! Salads are fresh, crisp...variety of veges....beautiful red onions and breadcrumbs. Hubbys steak was good. I ate his coconut shrimps tho... ;) The new Shrimp dinner is a grilled shrimp. The spices were not something I enjoyed.... something I just do not like in it. The creamed spinach is yummy! Always clean and friendly staff too.

The staff at the front door was great! Super friendly, quick to greet us. Wait time was minimal... quoted 25 minutes for a table, however, we were seated in less than 15 minutes! Our waitress, who's name slipped my mind, was phenomenal! Best service we've had in a while anywhere!! 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We'll def be back!!

Took my mother in law for a birthday dinner. The food was bad. My steak(which I never get) was cooked wrong. Over cooked. Waited 45 minutes for our food. Not usually a big deal, if the food comes out hot. None of our food was hot. Barely warm, in the middle. Our waiter, said they were waiting for my double fries order. We think, our food got done fast, like in a normal amount of time but they let it sit back there, waiting for the fries. My mother in law got steak and lobster and she ate maybe 2 or 3 bites and was done. Y'all wanna eat cold food? Especially at 35$ a plate? Myself, they probably ruined me from steak again, for a long, long time. My fiance and I did not complain about our food, because we just aren't like that. The manager did give my mother in law, just her steak and lobster for free but the whole meal, for everyone was bad. The best part were the bread and fries👈 go figure, they were fresh. We loved the people! Everyone was so nice but as we love nice, for that much money, we wanted quality but didn't get it. THE FIRST TIME EVER, I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT AN OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE! 😔

I haven’t been to Outback in quite some time until today and my experience was immaculate! The food came out on time and was prepared perfectly. The best part was our server, Tara W. We never had to ask for a refill on drinks or bread, she was fast, personable and we never felt rushed. Next time I visit I will make sure to ask if she is working! We’re planning our trip back as soon as possible!

Best Outback Steak House in Ohio! Everything was perfect. My server Tara is very personable, making sure my order was correct, and checked with me to see if I needed anything else. Great service, and delicious dinner. Even the manager Alyssa came thru the dining room to greet guests. No doubt I will be going back soon.

This Outback, located in front of the Dayton Mall, was Amazing!! Food, staff, cleanliness, etc. Went to lunch with my grandma, son, and young cousin, and was exactly the way you'd expect a great dine-in lunch to be... our food was perfect...temperature, taste, and time it took to put order in and get it out. Our waiter, he was very tentative, friendly, and knowledgeable... our drinks were never empty, bread basket always full, and dirty dishes were cleared from the table in a timely and non rude manner. All the staff was friendly and helpful....they all worked well together with good teamwork. I'd definitely recommend this Outback Steakhouse.
