Went through the drive-thru today and was very impressed! They were fast, efficient, and accurate. They got my family’s whole order 100% correct all the way down to the utensils lol. Also the strawberry frosty is soo good!! Amazing service

On 6/16/2022, @~3:00PM, I pulled into Wendy's drive-thru, with only 2 cars ahead of me, to order one of the new strawberry frosty's they are advertising on TV. After a 15 minute wait, one car pulled forward. Another 5 minute wait and the second car ahead of me pulls forward. Great - my turn to order a frosty. "Please browse our menu and I'll be with you shortly" comes from the speaker. "All I want is a strawberry frosty" fell on deaf ears as nothing more was heard for another 5 minutes. Were it not for the concrete divider to the right of the drive-thru lane, I would have left at this point. Finally, as ~3:25PM, I pull up to the window and handed the frosty that's been sitting next to the window for quite some time as the top was completely melted and liquid. So, for ~25 minute wait, and $3.19, I get a partially melted frosty. Forgot to mention, the heat index at the time was reported as 107 by the local news.

We could barely hear and understand the guy taking the order. Had to ask to repeat over and over. Then, when we got to the window, they nearly threw our order at us. No thank you or anything. Not very friendly at all!

Always fresh, hot food! Drive thru gets backed up, but worth the wait. Dine in or takeout is available.

I got the Bourbon bacon cheeseburger combo today for lunch at the drive-thru. It was awesome. The new fries were hot and crispy. The staff is super friendly!! I'll be back.

Slow service and cold food. Everyone working was standing around doing nothing while people waited to place their orders and wait on food.

Always very fresh and hot food. They are just consistently slow taking orders, could just be staffing issues.

I've been to maybe 20 different Wendy's in and around Ohio... but this one never misses.
The food is good every single time.
3.9 Stars? Nope. 4.3 stars at least.
