Usually by the time I get to this location…it’s CLOSED (which I hate because closest to my home!) Finally tonight it was open around 8 PM. A friend bought my meal, so I didn’t have receipt. The chicken in the classic Chicken Sandwich was SO HARD, I couldn’t even bite into it! Seemed like it has been sitting there ALL DAY!!! The CURLY FRIES…had more CRINKLE FRIES & was obviously the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL because ALSO HARD, cold & just little PIECES of fries!!! We had taken our meals to our different homes & I didn’t want to seem ungrateful & call & ask if her meal was as AWEFUL as mine! Also didn’t want to have to drive all the way back & have them remake & take the chance of them spitting in my food or worse! The associate was nice & gave us PLENTY of condiments & napkins…but for $22 it seems like THAT’S what we paid for because the food was HORRIBLE!!!! I LOVE ARBY’S…but after tonight….believe it’ll be quite some time before I go back!

On 1/12/22 at around 730 pm I stopped at this location to place a large order for my family as I waited for someone to take the order a lady starts asking me if I want random foods via the intercom I told her no and asked for a second to place my order, so she says well you can come into the lobby. I told her I was fine using the drive thru she advised there is a 20 min wait on beef which was no problem so as I proceed to place my order she screens thru the intercom that there is no beef ready, which was completely rude and unnecessary as she could have taken the order and I would have paid and waited for the beef to be cut so unprofessional!! Her name was Christy a night shift manager who clearly needs additional training.
