Bagel Giant Cafe

We go here a lot. Food is really good but my orders have not been correct the past few times. It’s really disappointing. I just ordered from there with my fiancé and his order was wrong. I know they just hired a bunch of kids but at least train them correctly please. I’m tired of giving this place another chance. Also I tried to call a few days ago to order ahead and the phone doesn’t work anymore. No one picks up. Get it together please and train your people right.

Up until my most recent visit, this cafe rated 4 stars. I've been stopping by for years to pick up a breakfast sandwich and coffee. During my visit this past week it was so disappointing that, even though there are signs posted stating that employees and patrons must wear facemasks, three out of the four employees behind the counter were not.....all the while chatting away as they were preparing food. Yes, I should have just left. But is that really the point? Nope. The point is that there are rules posted: follow them.

I used to go here daily because I work nearby but as of late they've been getting my order wrong. I had stopped going to them for a about a month and a half, went back today because the food is good when they get it right and they got my order wrong once again. Really disappointed and let down for the last time.
