El Rancho Grande

Food is very good, let me start by saying that. The reason for the 2 stars is that we asked for jalapeños three times, once when we ordered, once when we got the meals and once after they never came. If you forget something three times you shouldn’t add it to the tab. Also forgot green Chile sauce we asked for. Also brought me the wrong order. Perhaps the waiter’s first week or something but wow. Get it together man.

We went to this location to get my favorite dish, which is Huevos Ranchero. Instead, I tried their NEW dish, Conchinita Pilbil. As a cook myself I can honestly say that THIS will be the only pork dish I'll ever eat again. IT IS FRIKKIN AMAZING!!! The staff is also AMAZING!!! Lexie helped us and was friendly, helpful, and FAST. We didn't even wait a full minute for our beer!

We stopped in for a quick lunch and drinks. Our waiter was very slow, it took him 15 minutes to bring us our 3 margaritas and 3 glasses of water. We asked for our bill before we were done eating and that took him another 20 minutes. He wasn't sure which bill was ours, he asked me which one is the right one. He then took it and still didn't come back to collect our money for another 10 minutes. Thankfully, we are on vacation so we were not in a hurry. The food was good, but due to poor service I can only give 2 stars...

I spent $50 only to have my order ruined by tomatoes after I asked for no tomato on anything. I'm very allergic. When I called to let them know my order was incorrect the MANAGER hung the phone up on me. Not once but twice. Very unprofessional and I will never spend my $ here again. Lost a customer with 4 children and a great paying job, all over tomatoes. Congratulations. Never even offered to make it right.

this was genuinely the worst service I have ever had. I waited 20 minutes after I sat down for someone to come to our table. I ordered chips and salsa and waited 45 minutes and never got them. we had to raise our hands in the air flagging down the waiter and he never came. then they tried to overcharge us $40. they would not let us leave without paying for something we didn’t buy. I will never go here again. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this restaurant.
