UPDATE: Below, they asked me to send something into guest relations. I sent it in Saturday and have heard nothing back. I'm disappointed that you see a negative response, and ask us to again send something in to a different source, only to not respond again.
We got Doordarsh to pick up our smoothies. They were sealed. When we got them, one was missing about an inch and a half.. see pictures. I have reached out to the location and the Smoothie King company separately to show pictures. I have received no response from either. Why offer the ability to communicate if you aren't willing to respond? Very disappointed. When the smoothie was eaten, it was very watered down. Disappointed in service and product.

Good Smoothie King place with great smoothies... I am not a fan of this kind of soft drinks and juices but I liked it a lot... good service and clean shop always... I got a Gladiator smoothie with strawberries and cocoa and it was delicious... they make great smoothies there... I liked t a lot...

Was turned away because… Yepp you guessed it OUT OF ICE! meanwhile the ice makers have been sitting out back of the building in pieces of over a week now.
Imagine how bad it has to be for a smoothie joint to be out of ice. Isn’t that your MAIN source of revenue?
Back door propped open not a safety issue either? Maintenance techs out back smoking while their hands are inside was appears to be FUBAR ice machines.

Employees were not helpful on suggestions. The Smoothie tasted awful. I would not recommend going here. They don't have much of an option.

It appears the manager just closes the store when they don’t wanna work. This was at 830pm

1st time here, its right next to Hotel. Guy was not friendly at all (like he didnt want to be there), place my order and bang this is what i got, short. SMH some of the young guys just dont care anymore is how it feels. I didnt want to argue with this young guy. It would only make his day worse than it already is. Two star for product, but no star for service.
