Tierra De Fuego

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The food is fresh, flavorful, and had a great portion size. We had tres amigos, bandeja paisa and carne a la plancha. We also had an amazing ceviche and Pandebono that were delicious. This is one of the better restaurants in Easton, can’t wait to come back! :)

Omg ! This dish was amazing ! So tasty and fresh ! My New favorite Spanish (Colombian) food spot in the Lehigh Valley !! When we got there was 8:05 pm and place closes at 8 pm , Franco the amazing waiter asked the cook If he would cook for 2 people and he agreed. We found out the chef was actually the owner as we was leaving. Love hard working people , great attitude , and delicious food . Coming back soon

Fantastic brunch on 4/12/22. Easy to imagine oneself in a South American cafe popular among local townsfolk. All dishes presented and tasted home made. Chicken soup was hearty and flavorful with potatoes, celery, cilantro, and much more. Filling all by itself. Huevos rancheros were more meat than eggs with a delicate, tasty sauce. Lunch special was a fantastic rice and potato combo with pork and various other flavorful ingredients. Very generous portion as well. Franco was a lovely host too. So happy we stopped in and we’ll be back soon.

I have dined here three times before and Tierra de Fuego has yet to disappoint me or those in my company. There may be a wait, but I patronize this restaurant knowing I am neither being served a Big Mac nor mediocre Colombian cuisine. As per the dining area, it is cozy and beautifully decorated, but I have always opted for the outdoor patio area on warmer days. The service is exceptional and the same can be said for the food, which is fairly priced and in line with other Colombian restaurants I have dined at in the past.
