Franks Pizza & Italian Restaurant

My husband I have been going here since 2016. Good pizza, but honestly after the experience I had today - I won’t be coming back. They gave me EXPIRED salad dressing which was from Nov 2021. It’s now April 2022. I called the store right away and spoke to 3 different females. They refused to take off the salad off my bill. They offered to “drop off” another salad, but at this point I’m annoyed and grossed out. I don’t live in an area that this would be conducive or a good solution. They told me there was nothing they could do to comp that part of the meal… which we all know is bull. Hope I don’t get sick! 0/10 customer service skills. Refused to help the customer. Don’t go here unless you want expired food/food poisoning and poor customer service.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! When my sister and I stopped in to inquire about Frank's catering an event, we were told that they were sorry because they were closed on the day that we requested. The owners, Jenny and her husband, inquired about our event to be catered. When we told them that we needed a caterer on short notice for our mother's funeral reception, she said that they would open and fill our order. I cannot think of any other restauranteurs that would open on their day off. Furthermore, not only did they prepare food for the occasion, but the delivery service and food selections were terrific. The appetizers, chicken parmigiana, meatballs, stuffed shells, and other pasta dishes were all so delicious. Our family will never forget the kindness that you showed to us during a most difficult week. May God bless you and your fine establishment.

Have been here occasionally always great food & service..this time I was disappointed 😞 they were obviously slow since everyone I saw was on their phones..which is fine I've worked restaurants for years..its slow. But at least put them away to service someone when they walk in & make their food before watching videos together🤦‍♀️ this is supposed to be "light sauce" as stated...this is covered in sauce🤢 mozzarella sticks were soggy & cheese was semi hard.. wasn't happy this time
