Domino's Pizza

This store is absolutely ridiculous. Twice I've ordered here and they MESSED UP BOTH TIMES! The girl on night shift works slow as molasses, cursed me out because SHE messed up my order and took 10 mins of me in store WAITING for her to even make my pizza she messed up! The pizza I brought back was thrown in the garbage, she then told her driver to take that pizza in the TRASH and make the delivery! DISGUSTING! The manager will Definitely be getting a call from me tomorrow morning. And as a prior manager of Domino's, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! 😡😡

I went to the Dominos in Palmer to request assistance to redeem a free pizza that had to be ordered online. I had a hard time navigating the website and requested assistance from the female staff at the Palmer Dominos. I sat there and asked her 2 times for assistance over the course of 30 actual minutes. She did not offer any help and eventually I left the store. I went to this location on Larry Holmes Dr. and was greeted by Tyler. Tyler helped me to redeem the pizza online in minutes after walking in the door. He was pleasant and friendly and the pizza was made fresh. Tyler is one of those people who believes in doing a good job and representing his store in a professional manner. The pizza was perfect and I had a great experience. I felt it was necessary to acknowledge those who a great job and wanted to say thank you. Thank you Tyler

Absolutely 💯 % great service. Kathy and Cody are awesome people. Kathy even warm up my pizza after I got here for it late. Never will this happen at my old Brooklyn neoborhood dominoes. And had the brownies. Yum yum. I love the astomsphere and their customer service skills are one point. Establishment is Clean and in and out in a new york minute. If you get my point. I am forever grateful for this and will be back. Yayyyyy. 5 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 .

DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. The last time I went to this location they were actively spraying for RATS while preparing peoples food, and when I received my pizza there were droppings in/on the box. The employees at this location always seem to be affected by illicit substances, and are wildly unpredictable.

Store located Washington st easton pa. The worst of the worst. Person said to be the manager treats people like garbage. I place order online after waiting fore then 30 minutes on hold. they received my order. after i waited 40 minutes the manager calls me said they canceled my order b.c they would not go to my address. it is not my fault your own system routed this to your store and you are so close to my address. Manager called and insulted me said i have to go to another store to order. that's not my fault its your own system issues not mine and on top the manager treats me like garbage. How sad dominos suppose to be differetn i though?

We called our local Domino's after seeing the tv commercials advising that calling directly was fundamental to the franchises. We were happy to support this; but when we called the people on a speaker phone had no idea what the new menu items were, nor could they understand our address... Darn ~ we were looking forward to trying the new cheese dip with garlic knots as well as the apple.
