If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the “night dawg” that’s supposed to have Cole slaw, ranch, and French fries on it. All I got was chicken tenders on a bun. We also ordered two chicken sandwiches and there was no pickles or mayo. We ordered cheese fries and didn’t even get them. Absolutely terrible, awful.

I understand that we all have hard days, but every staff member acted bored and uninterested. The “greeter” didn’t even look up from his phone when we left. Plus, my son found hair in his Mac and cheese. We didn’t even get an apology for that.

Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The host told us to seat ourselves and then we waited for over 30 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us. We had to get up and get our own menus. Also, there was an extremely rowdy group of adults and kids sitting in our section that were yelling and allowing there children to run around the empty tables, right around where we were sitting. The manager never addressed the table once while we were there, and when we spoke to him he told us that there was nothing he could do, but he had already talked to them.He did not apologize or offer any solution. The food was okay, but honestly not worth the wait or aggravation.

If you dine here and would like for everyone st the table to eat at the same time be sure to tell them. They’ve implemented a ‘hot and ready’ meal policy; you get it when it’s ready. The food doesn’t disappoint.

Service is hit or miss. Today is a huge miss. While there is almost nobody here, many tables are not cleaned. Our waitress is nowhere to be seen, but we can hear lots of staff talking or looking at their phones. No drink refills and one order arrived 10 minutes after the others.

Kendra deserves a raise for how good she is. Even in a crowded bar she was great, never had to wonder where my server was.
