My husband called to order a cake for my sons birthday. We didn’t leave a deposit because we live 45 minutes away, the lady just called to verify if we still wanted the cake the day before pick up. Glad I didn’t have to drive to leave deposit. The young ladies were courteous and polite to me when I arrived. My son loved his cake. There’s a bakery in my town, but they said they were out of supplies because of the quarantine. Glad this bakery pulled through for us, all my son requested was his cake de tres leches. We were satisfied so I am giving 5 stars.

I’m giving it 1 star because I always run into an issue and I call the main location and nothing is done about it. I went to pick up a cake for my brothers graduation and the lady straight up refused to hand me the cake nor check that my order was there. She didn’t even budge from the counter and told me 3 times that my order wasn’t there and that I might be at the wrong place. Even after showing her the receipt, she just played it off as if I was wrong and told me that their was an order but she was given the wrong name. Then proceeds to tell me that instead of it saying congrats on your graduation it says happy birthday. Not only that but goes ahead and puts two people in front of me without asking... upon ringing my order up she tells me a higher price than what I had to pay and wants to argue that they are never wrong: which obviously they are and not once did she offer me an apology. I’m seriously just taking my money elsewhere where I can be treated fairly and not just as an atm machine. To top it off, parking is a nightmare specially on the weekends. This store needs to do bette root just by the employees but by the owners as well.

I always look forward to go on the one on Whitehorse Rd but yesterday it took a shocker out of me on d food. In the back of the store I ask for few meat items, I went to work & shared my food..I wasn't thanked at the end because the food was stale & dehydrated! I thought I would salvage it with water but the toughness was still there! Waste of my $! I will continue to go there, but I'm not gng buy the food from the meat department ever again.

This is the worst don’t go here I repeat!!! My mom bought a cake and it had little insects in it my mom pay $20 dollars for a cake that had insects what type of place does this. Plus the lady had a attitude because we tell her the truth it anit our fault your cakes got insects in it.! Please don’t come to this place where insects will be in your food or sweets I repeat!!
