Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Placed a curbside order at 1130 and drove over and want to park no parking in the curbside was available so I called to try and tell them that I dont mind waiting but I wanted to tell them where I was parked cuz I had my kids with me and they were sleeping and wasn't wanting to go in. So I called and immediately was put on hold. And the had the phone still on and could hear them taking other orders waited on hold for over 20 minutes then got my kids out and went in and waited for another 10 minutes. There was a line but no sense of organization and only one person making smoothies when I walked at to ask about my order the manger yelled at the cashier and I didn't think that was appropriate. But the orders on the curbside wasn't mine so they looked for the order then the manger handed my drinks. I can assume they had been sitting for a bit cuz they were melted to just liquid. Already irritated that I had to go inside I will not be back to this location. Very unorganized and under staffed. Better planning for there busy times and more supportive manger.

I ordered a Island Green. It comes with banana as well as other items but since I don't like bananas I asked if I could substitute another item instead. I substitute it for strawberry and I was charged .50 cents for the substitute but I was told. So I decided to ask why and no one could tell me why. Also there wasnt a manager on-site. I use to frequent this establishment but I decided to make my smoothies at home. Today I was feeling like trying them out after months without going there. You can believe me when I say I will not be going back.
