My visit to chicken express in Greenville today today was not successful. Not only did the order taker repeat the order of my large fry to me twice and then the fries were also on the receipt as well…that I drive 12 miles home and I have no fries. So Kentucky fried chicken is across the street so bye-bye Chicken Express, That $52 that I spent there today is now going across the street to Kentucky.

Spent 10 min at drive thru window and was the only person in line, Chicken was room temperature, the fries weren't cooked all the way and the rolls were completely smashed when we opened the boxes.

We stopped by to order our food as soon my husband place one order they rush to say the total of one meal and was not done with order. We told them we weren’t done order so they took the order once again. We had waited for our meal for about 15-30 minutes. Once the person brought our meal to us, the carhop server was not very friendly at all. Now we had to eat our food almost completely cold. This is not the first time that happened to my husband. What a sorry place to get food at

We have only ever went thru the drive thru. It takes time to get your food but the food is hot and fresh. The food is amazing, my fiance and I love the catfish and hush puppies. The chicken is amazing as well! This is a great place to get family meals! I love the sweet tea, you can buy a gallon!

Order came out correct, had to wait 8 minutes for the spicy tenders but had no problem with that. Corn nuggets were fresh & the service was good. Chicken E is usually my go to.

Management is terrible. Not only does the General Manager and her husband work together they play favorites. They talk about employees in front of other employees current and previous. If you ask for fresh food, they will drop the food that is already up and act like they cooked it fresh. There are roaches in the back of the store.

Got the single Fish Filet with Fried Okra and it had two Hush Puppies the filet was a nice long size. Cooked to my perfect satisfaction 😋. Crispy on the edges and tender in the center. The fried okra cooked crispy it was solid not mushy. The hush puppies cooked just right as well. I love the taste of hush puppies.

I live 30 minutes away yes service was fast but when I got home the for got half my chicken and the tenders were RAW I mean still had blood I the middle!!!! I have been trying to call them for the past hour with nothing but a busy signal and being hung up on!
